As an Associate you will be serving clients in a fast-paced customer service environment. We are providing qualified candidates the opportunity to get licensed and receive specialized training for one full year. What Success Looks Like:
Process Certificates of InsuranceÂ
Review contract insurance requirements to ensure certificates list the proper forms and endorsementsÂ
Complete a Great Day Coordinator rotation – (front desk and phones)Â
Routinely email clients about certificates and other servicing needsÂ
