BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Highpoint is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients. This is an excellent position for someone who is passionate about our mission and wants to sharpen their selling skills. 

 

What Success Looks Like:  

  • Make 30+ calls a day 
  • Generate and qualify leads to move through the sales pipeline 
  • Schedule sales calls and meetings for Risk Architects 
  • Selling the value of joining our insurance programs and service model 
  • Overcoming objections
