The Coordinator is responsible for proactive sales and service, 365 days a year! This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
What Success Looks Like:Â Â
- Coordinate all aspects of the client’s insurance program, from certificates to claims
- Quote, bind, and process new business coverages
- Claims intake, follow-up, and close-out
- Process coverage changes or cancellation notices
- Make proactive phone calls to clients monthly
- Provide coaching to clients on websites and client access portals
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to offer exceptional, homestyle service
Skills Needed to Win:Â
- 2+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Licensed per state requirements
- Must be self-starter that is able to maintain motivation in the midst of a challenge
- Ability to listen and recognize the needs of others
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Â
