The Coordinator is responsible for proactive sales and service, 365 days a year!  This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

What Success Looks Like:  

  • Coordinate all aspects of the client’s insurance program, from certificates to claims
  • Quote, bind, and process new business coverages
  • Claims intake, follow-up, and close-out
  • Process coverage changes or cancellation notices
  • Make proactive phone calls to clients monthly
  • Provide coaching to clients on websites and client access portals
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to offer exceptional, homestyle service

Skills Needed to Win: 

  • 2+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
  • Licensed per state requirements
  • Must be self-starter that is able to maintain motivation in the midst of a challenge
  • Ability to listen and recognize the needs of others
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Â
