ENGINEER

Highpoint is looking for a Engineer to join our growing team and serve with excellence. We are not looking for someone who is trying to get their foot in the door. We are looking for someone who sees themselves as an account executive.  

 

What Success Looks Like:  

  • Deconstruct insurance policies and discover exclusions through policy auditing 
  • Negotiate price with carriers on behalf of the client 
  • Maintain and develop strong carrier relationships  
  • Strategize client solutions based on current market data and analysis 
  • Direct the work of team members including Account Coordinators, Account Managers, and Senior Account Managers 

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Licensed per state requirements 
  • 8+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance 
  • Strong experience with AMS software, ImageRight, and Microsoft Office 
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Critical thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguity 
  • Hunger to grow personally and professionally 
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to handle people and issues with confidence, maturity, and integrity.
