Highpoint is looking for a highly motivated Producer who is ready to join our team and build a pipeline of qualified leads. In this role, you will be responsible for forming relationships with new business opportunities, running client meetings, and communicating with clients about their insurance program. This is an excellent position for someone who has a charismatic personality and works well under pressure.Â

Skills Needed to Win:Â
3+ years of sales experience
Adequate insurance industry knowledge preferred
Confidence and charismaÂ
Ability to listen and recognize the needs of others
Comfortable with asking probing and challenging questions to drive results
Demonstrates maturity in decision-making and handling professional relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Â
Can maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment, even during challenging times
