Highpoint is looking for a Specialist to join our growing team and serve with excellence. You will be the Daily Service Expert that is responsible for prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients and carriers. Do you want to make a positive impact on our clients through exceptional service and friendly interactions? We would love to see your application! 

You will spend most of your day talking with clients on the phone and through e-mail helping them with claims, endorsements, and frequent questions surrounding their active insurance program. We are looking for someone who embodies the Highpoint culture and believes that Highpoint clients are better off with them than without them!  

 

What Success Looks Like:  

  • Provide extraordinary service for all clients throughout the policy term and document appropriately 
  • Manage the accuracy of client files in management systems 
  • Request policy changes as needed with carriers 
  • Assist client with all loss control and claims recommendations 
  • Delegate to Craftsman and Associate positions as needed 

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Licensed per state requirements 
  • 3 years of experience in commercial insurance 
  • Some experience with AMS software, ImageRight, and Microsoft Office 
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Hunger to grow personally and professionally 
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service with a friendly and helpful tone
