Reflecting on 2023

By December 18, 2023December 20th, 2023Culture
We asked some of our employees to reflect on 2023 and share some of their lessons learned. It is so important to think back at the end of the year and assess what we learned and how we can carry those lessons into the next year.

What is the biggest lesson you learned in 2023?

The biggest lesson I‘ve learned in 2023 is that failure doesn’t have to define you, but it can refine you. – Abby Niemeier

God is good and if you trust the process, have faith, and work hard he will provide good things to come. – Chris Coburn

Who you surround yourself with is key. Life won’t stop challenging you and the relationships you have with family, friends, and even your spouse will be a huge factor in how you respond and overcome life’s obstacles. – Sydney Pitterson

What piece of advice will you be bringing into 2024?

One piece of advice that I will be bringing into 2024 with me is to be responsible with what I have, and let God be responsible for the increase! – Abby N

Control the controllable things and don’t stress about things that are out of your control. – Chris Coburn

Discipline is self-care. In the moment it is really hard but it is a long term investment in your happiness and manifesting your goals. – Sydney Pitterson
