Wellness in the Workplace

Often times, we separate work and wellness in our minds. During the month of September, Highpoint hosted a Bingo Challenge for employees to change that.

Employees were challenged physically and mentally to complete workouts, eat well, and practice discipline.

It reminded us that whether in our professional or personal lives, discipline is the force that turns dreams into achievements. It’s waking up early to chase our ambitions, staying focused in the face of distractions, and consistently pushing our boundaries.

Discipline isn’t about restriction; it’s about freedom—the freedom to excel, to grow, and to become the best version of ourselves.

“What I loved most about the challenge was the community building aspect of it all! Working out with a partner, HP dance parties, etc. all brought the office together in such a fun way!”
